2. Interpretation

• Reference to a person includes individuals, partnerships, and corporations.
• These terms apply to all supplies of Goods and prevail over any terms proposed by you.
• Headings are for convenience and do not affect interpretation.
• Reference to costs includes management time of the indemnified party, calculated at R1000 per hour.
• The English language version shall prevail in case of conflict.

• Prices may change at any time, but never after a purchase is completed.
• We may refuse delivery if you reside in a country we do not serve.

4 & 5. Acceptance & Pricing

Your order is an offer to buy. No contract exists until we dispatch the Goods. Prices include VAT (deducted for non-SA residents at checkout).

7. Consumer Rights

As defined in the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 2002:

• Cancel within 7 days of receipt (excludes health/hygiene sealed items or software).
• Refunds processed within 30 days of valid cancellation.
• Consumer is responsible for return shipping costs.

8. Delivery & Collection

• Goods delivered within 30 days; check condition immediately upon arrival.
• Signing "Unchecked" is not acceptable.
• Risk passes to you once Goods are signed for or picked up from our warehouse.
• Appointments are required for warehouse collections; no cash/cheque on arrival.

10 & 11. Defects & Returns

We comply with the Consumer Protection Act 2008. Defective goods must be reported within four weeks of discovery.

• Returns must include original packaging and delivery slips.
• Manufacturer’s guarantee usually covers 6 months.

12. Disclaimers

Liability Limits:

• We make no warranty for fitness of purpose or merchantability.
• We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
• Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid in the preceding 12 months for the specific Goods.

14 & 15. Website Usage

Users may not post content that is malicious, illegal, sexually explicit, or misleading.

• Do not impersonate others or solicit passwords.
• No commercial use of our content without written consent.
• You grant us a license to use any Content you post for commercial purposes related to Our Website.

17 & 18. Security & Content Removal

We reserve the right to remove offensive content. Frivolous complaints may result in investigation costs being charged to you.
